Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a crew of four installers
• Meet and greet customers at job site upon arrival
• Assist in setting up artificial grass layout
• Base grade and compaction
• Installation of artificial grass
• Cut turf with scissors and razor knives with precision
• Check seam quality and bond strength of glued turf
• Perform clean up around job site
• Assist with walk-through at job completion

The duties listed above are basic and are not limited to this list, additional duties can be assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Previous artificial grass installation experience required
• Must be all about customer service: good listener, patient with customers
• Strong communication skills to educate customers in detail
• Professional appearance and client interaction
• Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
• Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job
• Be able to lift 100 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
• A good driving record
• Pass drug test and background check
• No smoking or vaping or chewing on the job
